1.5 tuna sandwiches with hot mustard and cheese
6 delicious wonderful cookies
6 cheese and kubasa and some crackers
Water:
56 ounces of water
Exercise:
Short 10 minute walk with friend after lunch

I am so glad you are back. I was a little worried about you. It is funny how when we start to get out of our comfort zones - we all have our reasons for being fat - that we get scared and run. I am hopeing that we eventually stop running and give in to the life that is inteded for us as healthy and complete (in our case mom's) but fill in your own blank!
Glad you are back, you were missed.
