Okay, I've been thinking. I've a confession to make.

I eat over my points...a lot. There's rarely a day that I eat right on target. Sometimes it's just 2 or 3 points over, somedays it's 20 points over (like last night).

Do you guys eat over? How many times a week do you go over? Are your flex points gone by day 2?

Is this compulsive eating? I'm not even hungry and I eat. I don't even know why I eat. Somedays I don't even know what I'm doing food wise, I'm just shovelling it in.

Hey :)
When I go off plan, I really go off like everyday. When I'm on, like the last two weeks, I'm really on. Last week I have 10 flex pts left over. Try planning your meals in the morning and don't deviate, I find that helps alot. You can do this!

I tend to eat over my points too. This week is bad (I ate almost my entire 35 flex points on Saturday... not to mention I ate almost 20 over on Friday too...), but other weeks aren't.

I eat for stupid reasons too ... like because well someone has to eat the other half of my kids grilled cheese sandwich ... or I can't let these two cookies sit in that giant jar all by themselves.

This week has been bad for me. I am scared to weigh in on Thursday.
