It's a Friday afternoon. I got out of work early because we had a retirement luncheon. My supervisor is retiring and I am sad to see her go. I don't think they will replace her until June...so until then it will be a weird-out of sorts time.

Since getting off work I've been at home with tunes, the net and tidying up. Putting laundry away, changing the sheets, all sorts of good stuff. I'm about to start making our grocery list for tomorrow's shopping.

I'm also debating whether or not I should fill up a Plastic Bag with some toys that Andrew doesn't play with anymore and drop it off at Value Village tomorrow before we pick him up from the Grandparents. I'm getting so tired of all his toys that have slowly taken over the main floor. 95% of them he doesn't ever play with anymore. I was planning on saving his old toys/clothes/stuff for the garage sale we're planning on having in May/June...but I don't know if I can wait that long. grrr.

I've got $200 scheduled to transfer into the LOC tomorrow. I'm really excited by this! I"m going to update my side bar.

In other news, it's almost Easter and I'm preparing myself for being asked to host Easter dinner. I can just feel it coming. I'm working on my defense and I know that I need to be prepared. If I'm caught off guard I'm likely to mumble yes and end up cooking a friggin' turkey.

I've been sucked back into re-reading the harry potter series. I'm almost finished the fifth book and amazed that even though I've read all these books countless times I still can hardly remember what happens in them. lol.

Have a great weekend everyone.

I swear I am the only person who walks the face of the earth who doesn't like Harry Potter!! I have tried multiple times to get into them, but I just can't. What is wrong with me!!! haha.

While staging our house I got rid of 80% of the toys, both indoors and out. The kids don't miss them at all. I made sure to keep their favourites plus some they hadn't seen in months. They were thrilled with the toys they forgot about. Everytime we're over at Grandmas (where some toys are in storage) they dig out another forgotten toy and have a blast. I'm sure Andrew won't miss a few toys, or you could just put them away for awhile and when you bring them back out he'll feel like he has new toys.
