It has crossed my mind on several occasions about how awesome it would be if I were to read so many books in 2011 that I completely blow my Read 25 Books in 2011 resolution out of the water.  

I've fantasized about reading so much that I even make up the difference for the books I didn't read last year.  Last year I only read 19 books*.  I was 6 short for my goal of 25. 

I would love to read 25 books this year and then read the 6 from last year to reach 2010's goal.  That would be incredible.  31 books in a year!  Imagine that.

I like to dream big.


*I read 19 books from start to finish in 2010.  In reality I started reading about 30 books.  My loyal readers will know that I have a tendency to lose interest in books about half way through and put them aside and never return to them (except to return library books to the library, hah).  Or I started to read books for my Discernment Committe and didn't have time to finish them in time for the meetings and just put them aside never to return to them.
