not much to report. still flying high on yesterdays weight loss.

todays eats:

2 eggs with ff ham on an english muffin (3 points)
lunch: leftover wild rice and chicken and the grilled vegetables
supper: something with chicken

32 oz water
Strength & Sculpt BL Workout--1.5 AP

33.5 WPAs left

Hey Dinah...missed your post yesterday, but saw it today! WOW! Congrats on such a great loss! With the stress of the baby being sick you still did it! Way to GO! :) I'm happy for you!!
